Welcome to After Hours – Cocktail Bar & Supper Club. We’re delighted to host you. These Terms & Conditions help keep the evening smooth, respectful, and enjoyable for all who cross the velvet curtain. By making a reservation or stepping into our space, you agree to the following:

1. Reservations

  • We recommend booking ahead — especially on live music nights.

  • Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability, but we can't always promise you a seat in the spotlight.

  • Reservations are held for 15 minutes. If you're running fashionably late, give us a heads-up.​

2. Cover Charges & Special Events

  • On certain nights (think: live sets, special acts, or guest performers), a cover charge may apply.

  • This charge will be communicated clearly at the time of booking.

  • Pre-paid reservations for these evenings are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled. Think of it as holding your spot in the story.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Life happens — we get it.

  • For standard bookings, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer your table to someone else.

  • No-shows or last-minute flake-outs may result in a future deposit requirement. (We don't like doing it, but we like empty tables even less.)

4. Group Bookings & Private Events

  • For groups of 8 or more, kindly call or email us in advance at timekeeper@afterhours.asia to reserve a table. Groups of 7 guests or lesser may directly reserve their table via our Reservations page.

  • We offer tailored experiences and curated menus for private celebrations, but require notice and a deposit. Reach out to us at host@afterhours.asia for private events, brand collaborations etc.

5. Dress Code & Vibe

  • After Hours is a mood. While we don't have a super elaborate dress code, we humbly request you arrive dressed like you’re stepping into a story — smart-casual is always a safe bet.

  • Excessively loud, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour will dim the lights on your evening — we reserve the right to refuse service.

6. Age Policy

  • Guests must be 21 years or older to enter. Please carry valid ID — we card if we must.

7. Photography & Privacy

  • Discreet photos? Of course.

  • Flash, tripods, or full-blown photoshoots? Kindly no — unless pre-approved.

  • Respect fellow guests’ privacy. Some moments belong only to the night.

8. Allergies & Dietary Needs

  • We’re happy to accommodate dietary restrictions whenever possible.

  • Please inform your server before placing an order, and we’ll do our best to take care of you.

9. Lost & Found

  • Left something behind? Reach out via email or visit during opening hours.

  • We’ll hold items for up to 7 days — after which they vanish like last night’s melody.

10. Right to Admission Reserved

  • Our house, our rules. We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone behaving in a manner that disrupts the experience for others.
